Warranty Policy for Appliance Services

Appliance Professional is proud to offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs! Our warranty gives you peace of mind in every repair, knowing we stand by our work.

How it works: If we perform a repair and you call us back within 90 days to let us know you’re experiencing the same or related issue, we will send a technician back out free of charge. If the technician determines that our repair did not work, then we will either re-do the repair at our cost completely, charge only for additional parts (but not labor), or issue a refund for the repair. We reserve the right to inspect the appliance before issuing a refund.

The following conditions apply:

  • Appliance Professional must be the sole supplier of all parts and labor to complete the repair.
  • If the repair was done through a warranty company or manufacturer, that warranty company’s warranty policy supersedes ours, even if that means the period is less than 90 days.
  • The warranty will be voided by the presence of insects or evidence of previous infestation, accidental damage, secondary failures (failure of something other than the parts replaced), failures due to neglect (not having dryer vent ducts professionally cleaned, for example), and other situations in which the appliance was not stored, maintained, or used according to manufacturer recommendations.
  • This warranty is limited to the appliance that was repaired and the cost of the repair. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the appliance immediately after repairs are performed and shut off power/water/gas to the appliance if any problems are detected. Appliance Professional will not be responsible for damage caused by the appliance.
  • Appliance Professional’s warranty is limited to the appliance repair and amount collected.

Additional warranty benefits:

  • Most parts carry a 12-month warranty. If a part supplied and installed by Appliance Professional fails after the 90-day warranty period, but within the manufacturer’s part warranty period, we will honor the part warranty and only charge for labor.
  • If an Appliance Professional employee damages any property during the visit, we will repair, replace, or otherwise make you whole for that damage.
