That is why we are happy to share what to expect from your next service below.
The day before your appointment, you will receive an automated confirmation call, so you can plan accordingly.
Three things to consider before our technician arrives are:
- The location of the malfunctioning appliance: Just because an appliance fits in a nook, doesn’t mean we can access it for repairs. Please let us know if this is the case before we arrive, so we can properly coordinate.
- Where your pets will be during service: Even the friendliest pets can become excited or uncomfortable with the movement and noise made during your repair. We want to keep our technicians comfortable and safe, so we ask that your pets are managed throughout your service or placed in another room.
- Keeping your refrigerator, freezer, or ice maker plugged in: If your fridge, freezer, or ice maker is causing you trouble, we ask that you keep these systems plugged in. If it is unplugged when we arrive, we may need to reschedule your service for another day.
On the day of the appointment, you will get a call 30 minutes before your scheduled time to confirm you are at home. Our certified technician will arrive in a fully stocked green van within the 30-minute timeframe, ready to perform a thorough inspection and get to work right away.
Need to cancel or reschedule? Just call or chat with our office staff and we'll find another time that works better for you.
Is your call for a warranty claim? We will follow the warranty company or manufacturer's procedures. If your policy has a deductible, our technician will collect it during the appointment. We will diagnose the issue and submit that diagnosis to the company - they will approve or deny the repair. If you have questions about the process, feel free to ask!
If your repair is covered under a warranty, our team will follow the procedures laid out by the company or manufacturer to a ‘T’. If you have a deductible, we will collect it during our visit. If your repair isn’t covered or we need to submit a diagnosis and wait for approval, we will let you know and schedule a follow up as needed. We understand that warranties can be confusing, and while we can’t speak for the warranty company, we will do our best to help you navigate it.
Once our repairs are complete, we will perform a thorough test to ensure quality. Finally, we clean up after ourselves, leaving our workspace spotless—allowing you to enjoy your appliance in peace.
