My dryer was way too hot. Andrew came the next day. He ordered parts and was back in less than a week to fix our dryer. He was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. He explained what he did to fix our dryer. This was our first time using Appliance Professional and we will definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with Appliance Professionals. The ice maker in our fridge/freezer had cracked and was no longer making ice. (and they showed the damage to us, which I appreciated) Appliance Professionals was able to replace the entire ice maker and we are back in business. The rep that came out to service us was one of the most professional we have ever worked with.

Everything from scheduling the appointment to the quality of service I received was excellent! I've used several other appliance repair services and none of them come close to Appliance Professional. The tech figured out the problem with our clothes drier even after a GE Certified tech could not! The drier works like new now. You will not go wrong by using them, I will never go anywhere else again.
