If we’re factory-authorized, that means:

• We use OEM parts only
• We can provide warranty-covered service
• We maintain direct access to factory tech support and documentation

If we’re not authorized for a brand (like LG or Samsung), we’re still happy to help with out-of-warranty repairs using the same professional tools and standards.
