This article, for one, is new for us. We’ve been searching for ways to help customers find us quicker and have an even easier time getting appliances repaired. Writing a few articles to help homeowners care for their appliances seemed like a good start. We want to be a trusted resource for all your appliance needs, and this is one way to do that. If we can save you time and headache, then we’ll be happy with the results.
Future articles will have tips on caring for your appliances, reminders about maintenance tasks that can prolong the life of your appliances, DIY and troubleshooting hints, and occasional announcements about our services or specials.
You may have already noticed something else new – our website! It’s been revamped to help you find the information you need and get in touch with us as quickly as possible. You can now chat or text directly with our customer service representatives to ask questions or schedule service. You can see what our process will be like before you make the first contact (spoiler alert – it’s easy)!
We know your appliances are a big investment and they make an enormous difference for your family every day. That’s why we are committed to answering the phone (or text) with local office staff, arriving on time, and standing behind our work. Oh, and while we can’t guarantee same-day service, we can usually see you within 1-3 days.
